Hello, fellow bloggers! It’s time for Which Cover Wednesday! Which Cover Wednesday is a weekly meme I host. What happens is that I compare two different covers of a book and give my opinion of which cover looks better. And feel free to join in by giving your opinions on these covers in the Comments Section below! Without further ado, here are this week’s covers:
1. The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
or
I really like the first cover! It just has this rustic appeal that the second one doesn’t have. And the title’s typography looks amazing! Meanwhile, the second cover seems to just scream “love story with horses”…
2. Blonde Ops by Charlotte Bennardo and Natalie Zaman
or
Definitely the first cover! I like the placement of the title and how it fills out the cover more than the second one. Also, the first cover’s title gets a little playful with cover art (the target on the O), which I thought was simple and affective. Plus, I’m a major fan of vespas and cobbled roads…. 😁
3. Seraphina by Rachel Hartman
or
First cover again! I love the detail given to the illustration of the first cover! 😍 It looks gorgeous! And to be honest, the second cover looks more like a promo poster for a movie or show…
4. United We Spy by Ally Carter
or
While I do admire the second cover’s attempt to mimic the original covers, it’s the first cover that steals my heart! The second cover is a bit too monotone for my taste, while the first cover mixes a bit more colour into it! Plus, I love Cami’s graduation get-up! 😉
That’s it for this week’s Which Cover Wednesday! I guess I really gave my love to the first covers this week! 😉 What did you think of this week’s covers? I’d love to know what you thought of them! If you have any thoughts or questions, please let me know in the Comments Section below! Have a nice day!

I actually bought ‘Seraphina’ a while back mostly because I thought the cover was sooo stunning – my copy is the edition you pictured first!

I agreed with you all the way until the end. I love all the first covers, but the last one I gotta go with the second cover, I don’t care for the model on the cover!

That’s fair! 😉 I usually don’t like models as well, but I seem to have a thing for the first cover of United We Spy! It has more to do with colour scheme, but I’m not totally against the model in this one. Thanks for your thoughts, by the way! 😉

It’s a really nice cover, isn’t it? What do you like best about this cover, if you don’t mind me asking?
